yeah you must register so as to rise up and turf out the snpbad usurpers and return the righteous back into their proper place as the true leaders of all the Scottish peoples
Nobody living can ever stop me, As I go walking that freedom highway; Nobody living can ever make me turn back This land was made for you and me.
I've never understood the "cool" thing. I always thought people trying to be cool were, well, uncool. It's like all those eighties teen movies, with the popular kids thinking they are cool, the real cool kids thought for themselves and didn't care about the prom or the football team. I've always liked punk and the bands before it that set the stage, the Stooges, MC5 and 60's surfer punk. Then there's the Kinks, in my opinion way better than the Beatles, then everyone's favourite country singer Johnny Cash; now he was cool.
To be honest, I enjoy anything that is good. Well done. Except for opera, which I find screeching (although I love the choruses).
Bangera (is that how you spell it), traditional Scottish/irish music, specially when it's given a bit of a beat, and really good and musically correct singers too. (I've got really good ears and I can hear a bum note from the back stalls!)
Labour the righteous, there you go, nice new slogan. New career beckons Niko. The party of brown envelopes, Brown nosers to the elites and good all round toughers. I will pass on wishing you luck selling that one.

A tad more unhinged than usual, Niko?
DeleteEven Iggy, in his most drug addled tight pants, wouldn't vote for Kez and her stooges.

Niko... Put Taz on will you. You're making no sense.
DeleteHoots... it's hard to imagine, but it does seem that way.
DeleteJim... Aye true, but Niko will!
Being an old Stooges fan, I recognised The Passenger straight away.
DeleteKudos Niko for your taste in music, if not your political affiliation.
You're so much cooler than I am, Jim!

Ah...
DeleteIt's just that I've never liked anything that was overly trendy.
I'm actually more a Sibelius man than a punk rocker :)
I suppose as he came form Finland that's more "cold" than "cool".
I enjoy some classical music too. Saint-Saëns, Danse macabre is a favourite.

Danse macabre is superb!

Apologies. Should read troughers.
ReplyDeleteI think "toughers" works as well...remembering back to some of the carryings on in Labour in Glasgow
