Remember when the Labour Party was like this?
 (Thanks Mister_TMG)
Now look at it...
What does he think he's in?
Looks like The Muppets to me!
And yet, Mr Average is more concerned about the guy with the pretendy sore back whose made off with
a miserable £4 000, than he is with Gary Barlow, HSBC, Royal Bank, or Google which have made of with billions .
So much for our democracy.
What I can't understand is that a man who spent so much time with Margaret Thatcher and Prince Charlie wasn't forensically examined by the secret services. Every time I hear an excuse for another establishment figure, I think about that!
DUH! Doctors? What's that then?
I suppose if you work for a compulsive liar like IDS,
you have to learn the lying trade 'Priti' damned quick.
OK, so if he gets his wall built (as if) how does
he get his suits over the wall? (Thanks Danny)
Well obviously it is because British People are Special! DUH thicky!
Nanny, Nanny, did you do that hen house at the end?

  1. Blair looks like one of the Timelord Council members in "Day of the Doctor".

Gary Barlow should be stripped of his OBE. And I really wished he had paid his full taxes, then we wouldn't have to suffer the remnants of Take That.

Someone should point out to Cameron - and every other MP, MSP, AM or anyone else who is subject to a public vote, that their number one priority is to their constituents, regardless of their political affiliations, history, sex, race, religion or culture. Their party never, ever takes first place. If however they have a disagreement with their party which forces them to resign, then they should stand for re-election, rather than "crossing the floor" to another party to save their skin.

As to Trump, what will Alex do if he does become President?

    1. He does really look like he's taking part in some Dr Who or Startrek sort of convention.

      Hope that Daleks get him!

Agreed. If you resign your seat you do the decent thing and ask your constituents if they still want you. To be fair the two UKIPpers did that in England. If you are a list MP and you resign the whip, you should resign your seat automatically. You were not voted; your party was.

Battle of the giants, I expect.

    2. What will Alex do if TRump becomes President, absolutely nothing. Strange but true, Alex is a backbench MP and will leave everything as he did to the courts and of course defer to Nicola Sturgeon as his leader just like very other member of the party.

    1. I thought so. We're different, apparently. Or so we'd like to think.

  3. I see the Royal Bank of Scotland has had another year of losses.

It's time it was closed down.

It's giving Scotland a bad name.

    ;)

(ok, I know it's not really Scottish, but it was said to be when it went bust, so we should at least have it stripped it of its name as it's giving Scotland a bad one.)

    1. I agree completely, it would be a pity for the ordinary workers but it should go. It was founded as a Hanoverian enterprise and we would be better off without their descendants as well.

    2. Of course it is really the Nat West. ironically they chose to go with the name Royal Bank of Scotland because they thought it sounded more respectable. I think that the Royal Bank should separate from its English cousins NatWest and Williams and Glyn, and rebrand in Scotland. That would save jobs and get rid of this dreadful millstone.

Certainly agree that we want rid of the monarchy

  5. I see that Gideon is now warning of further cuts in public spending.

Why is it that both Blair and Cameron cannot feel able to sack their useless Chancellors?

Cameron simply does not have a clue. His priority is not to the public, it is not to the 24% who voted for his party, it's not even to his own bloody party. His priority is his ex-Eton chums. Someone needs to point out that this is the 21st Century not the 12th.

    1. It's hard to see what more he can cut. I mean seriously, there's nothing left.

Nothing works now in the UK government becasue there are no staff. Tax Office is a farce; DWP likewise; passports; English Health. I heard the other day that there is a report out that says that there is no point in extending the new HS railway as far as Manchester and Liverpool becasue the standard of education there is so low that the money will be wasted.

When are they going to cut the people at the top, or maybe ask some of them if wouldn't mind awfully paying just some tax?

  6. Kevin Bridges should consider that perhaps the guy with the sore back probably did not take the big nobs in HMRC for some posh nosh in the Ivy!
As for the question what Salmond would do if Trump became President I should imagine that he, like the rest of us, would be absolutely terrified and finally admit that the lunatic had taken over the asylum...Here's Donny!!!!!!

    1. Fancy anyone being daft enough to not know that you have to take the nobs out for lunch, pay for a trip to Antibes, turn a blind eye to nefarious practices of some sort, or make large contributions to the Tory party if you want to get away with stuff in Britain.

Don't you think that the lunatics are already in charge of the asylum. I heard Gidiot this morning saying "In my judgement...." and fell apart laughing...

  10. First time seeing that quote from Camoron. We can very clearly see where his priorities lie and it stinks to high heaven of being totally anti democratic in both sentiment and intent. Chilling indeed.
