Is it my imagination or is there an increasing amount of programmes on the BBC with "Great British ..." in the title? I imagine Nico standing to attention when they come on.
Doesn't that just take the biscuit... pot and kettle and black are words that come to mind.
Well, we have had a butcher for a prime minister (eh Tony?)... we can have Mary Berry the baker (she has to be better than Tess, and she's seems to be a demi-god just now), then all we'll need is a candlestick maker.
I suspect Boris could play that role. It sounds daft enough.
I don't care...
ReplyDeleteOh... I thought all Munguin readers would be devastated... yawn

Maybe Sugar's intervention will lead to a baker being the next Prime Minister.

Has his Lordship had an offer from Sky perhaps?
ReplyDeleteLOL... Could be. I wonder if he could recruit Mary Berry to judge when he gets them all to set up a bakery business?
DeleteI'm looking forward to the Great Scottish f**k off.

DeleteGood one, now that's worth participating in.
