    1. So Unite say they may not back Labour... and "Scottish" Labour say that this is rubbish.

How much deeper can you put your heads in the sand guys?

You support low wages, you support benefit caps, you prefer nuclear weapons to decent housing, you don;t support rent caps, but you expect working men's trades unions to support you?

    1. Nico, I don't hate you. I do however hate the way the Westminster focused parties, lie, lie, lie and lie again. Just so they can get the chance of sitting in the big seat, for a time but, espousing the same neo- liberal bullshit. As the Who sang; "meet the new boss, same as the old boss".
They have no interest in the poor, the sick or anyone that does not follow their philosophy. They certainly do not care of the Scots, just Scotland's resources, as could be seen quite clearly the day after the referendum; when back peddling/slide, became Olympic sports.

    2. Jim's right. There is no hatred for Labour supporters, Niko.

I hope you don't feel hate on here. I've never felt it from you.

But I dislike intensely the people at the top of Labour. (I keep hate for a very few people.) I wouldn't mind if they would just say... "Look, truth is there is no mileage left in the workers. Mrs Thatcher got rid of the poor and made them buy houses... and as for the unions, well, she neutered them, so they aren't the force they used to be and, as for the people she left behind, they don't bother voting.

So, to gain power, we had to change to become what Britain had become...a microcosm of America...with two right of centre parties (at least by European standards).

But they don't say that. Ed is telling us that he respects white van man... not that he's ever met one. And Jim is now a socialist, despite being a member of a right wing think tank, a supporter of wars in the Near East and a devoted fan of Israel and its war against the Palestinians.

Go on, tell me you like Murphy or Curran, Dugdale, Straw, Blair, Brown.

    3. Aww Nicky baby, I don't hate you, You are a necessary person on here and would never want you to disappear really, When some ask for you to be banned I say, no, I believe in free speech unlike so many Unionists and Stalinists. You do not care for Labour and their Nu ness, I have read your comments.

  4. I more pity than hate the Labour party and their poor deluded supporters. I do, however, make an exception of Blair and all the sycophants who voted for the invasion of Iraq despite knowing that the reasons given for doing so were complete bollocks.

    1. It takes a special kind of filthy sub human to vote for the blanket bombing of a capital city of 4 million people, knowing that the collateral damage will include tens or maybe hundreds of thousands of totally innocent people... children, animals, homes, businesses, ways of life, when you absolutely know that the reason you and your neo-con friends are doing it, is a complete lie.

That is murder, pretty simply put. Yes, I hate them too. With passion.

  5. Good to see Ottoman flunkey, Nikostratos, still cheer-leading for another decaying vestige of an empire in lieu of the abomination put into place of his beloved Osmanli behemoth by the upstart Macedonian Turk, Ataturk.

Good to observe his consistency - a Graeco (?) apologist for the Sultanate in Ottoman Istanbul substitutes the pashas of Westminster for his dashed dream of former Byzantium/Constantinopolis rightly replaced by the glories of the Osmanli sultans only to be spurned by Salmond's vulgar forebear, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, and his respective pack of ruffians in his respective arena.

But remember, Nikostratos-Bey, it didn't happen all at once for the Young Turks, either.

    2. Watched a bit this morning, my ear phones are not working again. The Kindle is not loud enough but I got the gist. I hope that many many people have realised that Labour have lost their heart, their soul and need a good shake in the Party to change, What with the growth of the Greens in England the SNP in Scotland they must be feeling the squeeze.
