    1. Thanks Piping Hot.

Niko kinda comes with the blog I'm afraid. He's been here from the start and most of what he says, he says to provoke.

I think too that it is good to have someone to comment...who will put an alternative point of view, however misguided and half baked it may be !!!!

And sometimes, he talks a lot of sense!!!

      :)

    2. Hoi, leave Niko alone. In this sorry world we need someone who, whilst often howling at the moon, is quite entertaining!

    3. Indeed John, much as he gets on my goat, if only I had one, I would not wish anyone banned, I leave that to the Unionists.
Mind if Hektor was bigger I would send him over the Forth to deal with him, but Taz who I believe is a much nice soul would eat him.

    4. Yep. Niko may be a unionist... but he's our unionist.

As long as we feed him and take him for walks twice a day he really is pretty harmless.

    1. I never tire of cute animals and beautiful scenery.

Thee's a lot of ugliness in the world, but there is so much beauty too.

  5. Loved the two Labs, put me to mind of my two previous Pugs who never agreed to much, even food was war.
The penguins are so cute, but I believe carry a deadly disease for humans. Edinburgh Zoo for info.
That will be one of the Panda's we have more of than Tory MP's?
The scenery is splendid, so soothing. Better without the high winds and rain, sleet and snow we have had and more to come.

    1. I didn't know about the penguins, Helena.

      My favourite birds.

The last photograph is on the road to the skiing at Glenshee. There was no snow, unfortunately as my mate from Pakistan was with me!

Surprisingly the beach photographs are in Greenland. Not what people might imagine Greenland looks like, till you realise that these aren't cliffs, they're icebergs!

    2. Been on that road a couple of times many many years ago, once on a hired bus which was having trouble getting up, might have been down, but we all had to go and sit at the back of the bus, we did have snow.
