  1. Poor Bison! Hope he's OK.

The leopards pawing the deer sort of reminds me of people squeezing the fruit in the produce section.

    1. I watched a documentary sometime a go, that had a leopard which adopted a young antelope, all was well at first. It didn't end well for the antelope.

    2. Yes, if I was an antelope, I'd have trouble ever trusting a Leopard. :-)

    3. Apart from the fact that they are cheetahs...

      John.

    4. Ha ha John... Good one. Thank you.

I reckon the friendship might last until there was a shortage of food!

    5. Ah John beat me to it, they are indeed cheetahs and very well feed ones if they aren't eating the antelope!!

    6. Munguin's proofreader, now checking the comments too :)

Munguin says not to expect any extra!

But then, you know that already!

  2. "The chaos on Jura, the government must be held to account, how long do the people of Jura have to suffer? When will the first minister admit SNP bad." Said Jackie Baillie, backed by wee Willie (the only Rennie that gives you indigestion).

    1. I wish politicians would stop playing the blame game and try working together. The SNP blame Westminster for everything and Lab/Tory/Lib Dems blame the SNP for everything. (Actually, we know behind the scenes they work together but they need to grow up in public).

    2. Brilliant, Jim.

I think you'll wait a long time for that, Zog.

    3. The lengthy detour on Jura should be investigated by Holyrood, it is shocking as the bison would say after being struck by lightning.

    4. I'm sure Ms Baillie will be complaining bitterly about it.

I mean can you imagine what it's like at rush hour?

Poor wee bison. I feel really sorry for him/her.

  3. Great pics. NO 2 reminds me of my kitchen. First we had a cracked cistern upstairs which took down a bit of ceiling, now the bloody stopcock's leaking which means removing the kitchen unit..........

Otters would be the correct choice of pet at the moment :p

    1. Troubles don't come along. I hope you can find a plumber.

There will be otters and orangs next time, I promise.

  4. those were really nice, that lizard was amazing and there is no way I'd be joining those folk in Norway on that precarious ridge. Lots of lovely cats, gorgeous polar bears and of course beautiful elephants. But I can't help but feel there is something missing...

    1. Ah yes...

      Munguin's apologies.

The whole thing was done in a bit of a rush last night... and then once it was up we remembered that it was Saturday (hence the changed title).

I'm really going to have to take more water with it!

I was thinking that about the ridge... But I can't even stand on the second rung of a ladder without getting vertigo, so I'm not the best judge...

  5. Loved them all and actually the wild flowers remind me that spring is round the corner as we wait on the snow falling. I agreed with everyone about the cheetahs and the little antelope, cats do not have pets just food they are keeping warm I think and Cheetahs have trouble catching and mostly keeping food for themselves, others pinch it and maybe Hyenas and Lions are Tory too.

    1. wait on the snow falling? It's been falling in East Ren since around 11am and is lying despite looking a bit watery. I disagree with you about the hyenas and lions though - they are doing it to survive. The Tories are doing it out of badness!

    2. The wild flowers remind me of a day at Edinburgh Botanic Gardens last year. I took a pic at the time, but I can't find it.

Snow here in tiny amounts for the last 2 days, but you need glasses to see it.

Latest story about the Tories is that they sanctioned a woman who at the time of the appointment she missed, was miscarrying.

      UKOK, what?

    3. I think Tories come under the genus Rattus.

Or am I being unfair to rodents in general.......

If I were a rat I'd be looking for revenge.

  6. Amazing that nature conjures up colours that no artist can match. I'd love to jump off that ledge in Norway! No, I would not, it terrifies me just looking at it!

    1. They seem to be up there snuggling! I don't know that I could get very romantic on that.

Actually, as I get vertigo on the second rung of the steps I think it's unlikely that I'd be anywhere near the place.
