  1. I note, the bucket is empty. An accurate depiction.

    1. LOL.

Seems that not everyone believes in the Great British Value of Fair Play. What?

    2. That (fair play) only applies to those of us, that aren't über rich.

    3. Yep, like access to law. Folk sitting on fortunes of half a billion have so many avenues open to them when it comes to potential liable.

And some are sooo litigious, where ordinary people can't afford it.

No names, of course. Munguin isn't one of the super rich.

    4. Some are litigious, (cough), I'm sure I don't know about whom you are referring.
I,for one, was referring to Google.

    2. Seems good. Blogger works best (from admin point of view) on Chrome.

    3. I'll download it.

  3. Firefox is good, and AVG provides a search facility instead of using Google. I've used both for many years and wouldn't change.

I'll put them in next week as a link so people can see them all...

  5. Radio 4's quiz of the week was funny re Google. Jeremy Hardy said that Google had registered dead for tax purposes.

Natalie McGarry might need a donation bucket soon. I've read Wings take on it, but whatever the truth someone needs to tell her to get the f*** off Twitter. Every time she goes on it something goes *boing*.

    Firefox? Naw, IE6........... :)

    1. IE6, a tad ancient in browser terms. Leaving yourself vulnerable to virus attack, with such outdated programming.
One would imagine, her bucket would be filled as required. Though I doubt any action would be instigated, fools rush in etc.

"Registered dead for tax purposes", now that's a keeper.

    2. I think all politicians should be very careful when using Twitter. They should stick to using it for political announcements.

There are some smart arsed second raters around who have multi million pound fortunes who like to scare the pants off anyone saying anything about them...even if it is true. Just because they can and in their united kingdom, that's the way it goes.

Stuart has on occasions offered people, including solicitors, the opportunity to take him to court, but strangely they have declined.

The trouble with even the super rich going for the underdog is it makes them look more pathetic and avaricious. And a crowd funder usually care of the costs.

Look at how everyone is laughing at the £200,000+ that the Orkney Four have raised, compared to the £14,000 that their lying git MP managed to pull in from his rich friends. And him having been on a Cabinet Secretary's salary and expenses until recently... tut tut.

I wonder if Fluffy muddle put in a few quid?

    3. I'll listen to News Quiz tomorrow at 12.30...although it's not a patch on how it used to be.

    4. IE6 - I know all about bloody IE6. Especially having being forced to use it for longer than was ideal.

Stuart doesn't get sued because he knows how to write an article correctly. Perhaps one or two MPs could ask him for advice.

    5. Stuart, doesn't get sued because, he posts the truth; however unpalatable. Without couching his comments, in fake concern mode.

That is why his blog (taking nothing away from Tris, Who I hold in the utmost respect; for he is a fellow traveler, much like myself. As rescent happenings have shown)(I ask you all to join us , in helping First Base, found in the right hand side, under Mark Frank land) is the most popular, on the yes side of the equation.

    6. Yes. Stuart is a professional journalist. His articles are superb; he knows how to research and he is very intelligent.

I think he doesn't get sued because he is right. And he is a HUGE asset to Scotland.

Mark Frankland is another asset to Scotland. He's one of these genuinely good people you wish like mad was your personal friend.
He works tirelessly for people who have got nothing. He doesn't give a damn about race, religion, class or anything else. If you are in trouble this guy will goes miles out of his way to help you.

He is also a brilliant writer and his books are fantastically good reads. Check him out on Amazon:

I completely agree with what Jim says. If you can afford to help out First Base, you will be going some good for people.

We hope to make it a regular thing.

    7. I'd never hear of IE6... Sounds like some government department somewhere controlled by Tessy May.

On a personal note, thanks for your kind words over at Marks.
Unlike SLab, I found a use for some unexpected cash.

  6. If anything the Tories will unite most of the country in our hatred for the toilet scum, problem is it might be too late by then. I don't think I have ever hated two parties more than the Conservatives and the Labour Conservatives.
