MUNDELL IN A MUDDLE OVER WHEN THE 1990s WERE...

You mean in that last 6 months of the 1990s when parliament was just setting up and Holyrood was a royal palace? DUH!
That's the trouble with choosing your cabinet members from a long list, never mind a short list,  of one!

  1. Mundell has the analytical mind of a super computer, unfortunately for him the zx spectrum was the super computer in the 90's.

Thanks Jim... All the best too to you and Arlene and your family.

Munguin will be sending his Christmas Card out soon... He's got Snowdon here doing the photograph at the moment... :)

    3. I've still got a working ZX Spectrum +3.

Please do not elevate Mundell to that position........ At least I can hit the reset button.

    4. Don't worry Zog. Fluffy will never master a Spectrum. Putting on his pants is a struggle.

  2. Well, this is a first...a Tory colonial governor demanding the right for Scotland's Labour councils to tax and spend.
How will that go down with the Tory faithful in Scotland's leafy suburbs?
I can only assume that this is Labour in Scotland's reward for fronting the Tory funded BT campaign.
Tory and Labour....Better Together (or so they think).

    1. I'm worried mostly about going back to the way that Holyrood managed our taxes in the 1990s, all these years before it existed... and most of which there was a Tory government...

What a dribbling idiot he is...

  3. Play the long game. Holyrood in 2016. Councils in 2017. Won't matter what the wee turd does then.

    2. Looking forward to the seeing Labour Councils buying up the shredders early in 2017. They will be sooo frightened by what is in the books. Perhaps we should kid on we are going to vote for them, lull them into a sense of false security and then boff.
