Without going...erm, base over apex
I'm reminded that after being appointed Education Secretary in 2010, he rushed to the Commons to deliver a set of figures on English school building. He was forced to apologise, however, when the list of terminated school-building projects he had released was found to be inaccurate. The list was reannounced several times before it was finally accurately published.
He blamed the Civil Service.
Having wreaked havoc in English education, he was demoted to Chief Whip. However, on the occasion of his first vote in that position, he got himself stuck in the lavatory with a Labour MP.
It's not known who got the blame for that.
Now, of course he is English Justice secretary. (God help the English.)
What will go horribly wrong and who will get the blame?
