HAPPY THANKSGIVING AMERICA IN GENERAL (AND DANNY IN PARTICULAR)


This is something you shouldn't miss. The president pardons a turkey in a traditional ceremony with roots going back as far as...erm 1989!


The video was sent (by not filmed) by Danny, Munguin's man in America. He pointed out a joke about the "media training"........the ability to gobble without really saying anything. (A reference to politicians' media statements )


Danny also sent this beauty from West Wing a tv series which I think was shown over here. Danny reckons that within its vaults, most every situation that could occur in the White House, can be found.

    PS: The president's views toward turkeys seems to be mixed. He was spotted at a Washington food pantry distributing eating turkeys to the poor. No pardons there. ;-)
